Research shows that long term stress is one of the main causes of dysfunction in our body and contributes to many emotional and physical issues including insomnia, depression, anxiety, heart disease, hypertension and immune system disturbances.
Knowing how to recognise stress early and respond with flexibility, adaptability and resilience is vital to staying healthy and happy.
At the workshop you will be shown a range of simple and effective techniques including Kinesiology body feedback muscle testing. This is a wonderful tool for helping you identify just what you and your body need for your best health and highest good.
